You may return an item within 7 days of receipt and obtain a full refund provided it is in its original condition and can be sold again.

You can always return an item if it is faulty. If you change your mind when you have placed the order you may cancel it within three days and obtain a refund.

If an item is faulty, or there has been an error on our part, we will refund the delivery charges incurred sending it to you and your cost of returning it to us. If the item is not faulty we are unable to refund these charges.

Currency and Exchange Rates

Your can choose to price your order in: UK pounds, US dollars or Euros. You can change the currency that you are using any time before you go to make payment.

You will be charged the total amount shown on the Order Summary page, the last page displayed before you go to make payment. The currency you have chosen is shown on this page. If the currency you settle your credit/debit card account in is different to this currency, then a currency conversion will be made by the financial institution that processes your transaction. Please note that the exchange rates used by the financial institution may differ from those used by Digital Music Archives to convert between pounds, dollars and euros.
